Dave Caswell

Dave Caswell is kind of an idiot.

But a loveable one! He’s kind of like Lenny from Of Mice and Men… only without the manslaughter aspect.  John Malkovich probably wouldn’t be a good pick to portray him in biopic either (not that Malkovich isn’t great, it’s just that Dave is portly and stubby like an Everlasting Gobstopper and Malkovich is long and lanky like Laughy Taffy). So more and more it seems that Dave is nothing like Lenny. So, there’s that and uh…. what were we doing here anyway? Oh yeah, A BIO!

Dave Caswell was born on a Tuesday (Maybe. There’s like a 1/7 chance of that being correct but I’m a gambling man and I’ll take dem odds) and years later he would become a man. More like a adolescent geek stuck in a man’s body… but a man in appearance and aspiration (so shut up and let me tell the story). As he grew he took an affinity to writing and storytelling.

After high school, he went to film school (because that’s always a brilliant idea)to hone his potential for story-craft… and promptly did nothing with that potential for a few years. But after getting himself a good day job in television, he has returned to the trade of story-craft by night and is working toward his moment of triumph. He spreads his time amidst multiple mediums including screenplays, comic books, novels, short stories, and working on this blog.

He enjoys, monster movies, Kung-Fu movies, internet humor, hockey (Boston Bruins of course), shouting, driving go-karts, and a whole plethora of things that 10 year old would typically enjoy. When he’s not hanging out with his beautiful girlfriend or doing any of the aforementioned things, he’s going to work, writing, or working on this blog.
